Its Keratin comes from sheep’s wool, which is advertised like a benefit, but there is no evidence to suggest sheep’s wool is a superior source of Keratin.

Each capsule contains a decent amount of antioxidants, but little to no B Vitamins and a very low dosage of Biotin.
